Huh?
I just received a C.O.A. from Porsche for my 73T coupe. It states that my car came with an optional REAR spoiler. It has a FRONT "S" spoiler that I was told was original. I called Porsche and I was told that only a REAR spoiler was offered in 73, not a FRONT spoiler. I was told a FRONT spoiler was not an option. Mine must be an add on.
My question is who's "on crack", me or Porsche?

"S" front spoiler on 1973T was optional, standard on 911E and 911S.
Front spoiler first came on 1972 2.4S models, optional on E, T.
Now, a large rear spoiler was mounted on 73RS. (the 73RS was not sold in the US).
If you call Porsche, they might confuse 73RS and later 75 Turbo rear wings/spoilers but they are unaware of early specs...
BTW, the rear engined 911 needs downforce i.e a front spoiler.
If you drive it with a rear spoiler and no front spoiler, it lifts off at high speed.

My point exactly. I just wish that Porsche NA would hire a "professional" with at least half of the knowledge of an "enthusiast". I mean..."COA's may be expensive, but at least they're not accurate".

If you contact PCNA again, please ask for the option codes for the car. Then we can translate the codes into options a bit better.
