FS: 2004 Porsche 996 C4S 1-SoCal Owner New Factory Engine (not mine)

Paul's PCA friend dropped this off yesterday. I'm not much of a late model Porsche guy, but I'm floored at the prices of these cars. Apparently, this guy owned it from new and paid over $90k for it. It only has 28k miles and at 22k miles, the engine failed and he got a brand new one from Porsche with all the 997 updates.

I figured these things would be worth around $50k...But $40k. Why so cheap?
