Unfortunately, Daisy needs a new fuel tank. the original is leaking after 42 years. She has a full size spare which will remain, so I was wondering if I can go larger or do I need to stay with the 62 liter tank or can I go up to a larger tank? Let me know your experiences; thanks always for the responses. Any particular brands? Dansk, OEM, other?

The full size spare will only fit in the 62 liter tank. I've got a very nice used tank from a 73 MFI car, if you are interested.

Jim, how much shipped to Malvern, PA 19512. Daisy has Webers, will the tank still work? what other parts would I need?

give up the full sized spare, get a collapsable, and enjoy 18-22 gallons of goodness, from an SC or carrera, easy to fit, and lots of fuel for those long drives.
Lew and Rick, I just had a nice long conversation with Jim, and he's send out the 73 tank to Performance out in Malvern. Jim is incredibly nice and EASY to talk to (sorry for the pun!). Lew, hopefully, I'll see you at the next breakfast or the first C&C in West Chester now that the weather is somewhat improving.
