Looking fwd to meeting you at the TDC :)
OK Guys, so a few years ago I made a lifestyle change, left the big city, moved to an island and sold my 73S with RS spec engine and rare factory flares. Whoa! Talk about change!
Anyway, lifestyle change maybe, but I’ve never stopped loving these early cars and I’m now the proud owner of this sweet little Conda green 1970E. I changed out the 14” wheels for deep sixes stunningly refinished by Harvey Weidman, new trim, H4s and euro lenses. The interior is stock except for a Nardi steering wheel. The car was repainted 4 years ago when the engine and tranny were also rebuilt. It needs a tune up but it sure is good to be back. Wishlist includes Peter Z seats, Rennshift shifter and lowered suspension. And by the way, I love this website. It truly is the number one place for early 911 fans.
Cheers
Nick

Nick,
Very nice looking car you have there...the matte finished deep sixes against the green looks very nice. Welcome back!
Cheers,
Thanks Michael. It's not quite like my old S but it still puts a smile on my face. Tom, I'm on Salt Spring Island...in Canada.
Cheers
Nick
Hey Nick,
Glad you're still doing this old Porsche stuff...I met you at the first or second Cambria RGruppe get togtogether and we tried to figure out what tire and wheel size would work with your unique flares...and also talked sport steering wheels...I still have my old yellow '73S and a '67S (that I was rebuilding when I met you)..yea I guess it's a disease...(You'll recognize my old yellow '73S...lot's of paint chips after years on the track but still my favorite car...I finished up the white '67S that I got as a project last year in my garage...it's not perfect but it's sure a lot of fun...
Hope all is well for you on your island in Canada...glad you're back into old 911's...PS...I think the color is great...
Richard
