No affillation. Exterior looks nice but has newer large flag rearview mirror. Weird interior, odd carpet and seat upholstery does not look right.

Seller's Description:
1972 Porsche 911 Coupe T. - Sepia Brown over Brown Leatherette Interior - 130,000 miles.
If you are looking for an early 911 that has been lovingly maintained, this is just the one for you. A visual stunner, this 911T is in Very Good, Original Condition, with the exception of one repaint in original Sepia Brown. Matching numbers, this is an excellent example of an original 911 from a desirable year.
Interesting facts about the '72: displacement increased from 2.2 liters to 2.4, mirrors went from round to rectangular, and the 911T increased its hp to 140, from its original 110 hp. According to a 1971 review in Road & Track, it was affirmed that the 911T's peak power comes at 5800 rpm, (less than the 911S and 911L), but the more powerful versions have more power and torque up through the rev range, not at the low end...so that in most road situations, you'd never be aware of either a lack of power or a deficiency between the T and the L or S. In other words, when driving at everyday speeds, the 911T will not disappoint, and has the acceleration power that feels just as good as the more powerful S and L models, at a fraction of the selling price.
Highlights: Strong transmission shifts easily. Records are plentiful, going back to the '80's. Over 70 documented services, between 3 previous owners.
All original, with exceptions for the radio, a very visually appealing dash cap, and the repaint in original Sepia Brown. Certificate of Authenticity.
Restorations: Refinished original Fuchs wheels (5), headliner, interior carpet, trim, windshield, seals, rear tail lamps, and ac blower. Engine transmission out serviced at 09/2012.
The a/c is not working, but has dealer installed vents. This is an issue found in most older 911's. Early 911's are robust cars but are also up to and beyond 4 decades old, so purchasing a Pre-Purchase Inspection is always wise. A buyer should plan to have some financial investment in these cars after purchase. However, if well maintained, they will be wonderful drivers for years, and as an added bonus, have a propensity to appreciate in value.
