Beauties! All of em.
I finally got my deco strips back on after the suspension work. Cleaned her up and joined my 356 buddies for a fall run the other day. They let us Early 911 types tag along...so long as we can keep up.
I also survived my first DE weekend at Mosport a few weeks ago. Turn 2 sure gets your attention.
Pic.2 The red cab (2nd from right) is another Targa Newfoundland veteran.
Pic.3 I've finally figured out where I'd seen Bahama Yellow before. Maybe I can find a vanity plate big enough to fit the words "Stops at all rail crossings."
Pic.4 l. to r. '72T, my '69S, '68S
Pic.5 It was a nice turn out. Those 356s are pieces of rolling art.
Are your tires 205/60s? That color is to die for, BTW.
I posted some shots early on in this thread, but have a couple of new ones from a SCCA autocross a couple of weeks ago that I like. Thought I'd show them here.
Hi Kenik
Thanks. The color is starting to grow on me. And yes. Tires are 205/60/15s.
Hi Guys
I've posted questions a few times so thought I'd show the car in question.
'71T with S spec 2.4 on Webers.
Now with RS door trims!:D
Hey Cam,
Your car looks great, its really coming together nicely!!! I cant wait to see it in the flesh. :)
thanks,
Well, my car is back on terrafirma at the Marzano Skunkwerks ..... Basically, what I had done was a 100% rebuild of the suspension. Everything was taken apart and replaced or replated or powdercoated. The engine and gearbox had a major 'reseal' done and was cleaned, plated and detailed. It will be on the dyno later this week for some fine tuning to see if we can eek a few more HP of it! The car will be back on the American Torq-Thrusts wheels next spring (those are going into Harvey for some work over the winter). I've got a few other crazy ideas for this winter that could involve a complete redo of the interior .... anybody need a set of red/black sport seats? :D
Nice! .
