My 3.2L has been showing a very slight fuel leak sweating at where the aluminum cap is on the old school Bosch Fuel Pump. So I had my CIS Fuel pump swapped out for a new Carrera Bosch Fuel Pump. The car has been running a bit lean as well too, so made an adjustment to give it a little bit more fuel. On a few trial runs so far, I do notice a bit more power, but I also notice during warmup, its touchy and I need to feather the gas pedal so it won't stall. I think the ECU/DME is still cycling the new data and should smooth itself out.
I think Ill be cleaning the battery connections/fuse area really soon.
High beams are not reacting and also left turn signal doesn't seem to switch itself off after taking some turns. fun
Tito this may help. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...-pictures.html
Drove her!
I know for some of you that would be no big deal but here in South Germany we would normally be up to our eyeballs in snow, not to mention the horrors of salt.
I took her for a blast around the historic Solitude track which still exists, almost unchanged, south of Stuttgart.
The photo is 'shopped` a bit to compliment the period of the 1964 shot below.

takefive, your car looks very nice, what colour is it ? the black and white pics are great. Is the track open to the public, like the ring ?
TakeFive,
Great car and awesome pic.
Car is ready for paint, hours went into stripping the interior and trunk area. I was surprised how clean it was under
the sound deadening. Should be painted and ready to be put back together next week. I will need to fab up some brackets for
the new OMP seats. The garage is just too cold right now to work in!
