Drive it to work for first time. Well I actually drove it home and then back to the shop for first time. Still more work to be done, but getting closer. Muffler come back from Powder today :)

The only issue I have is my driveway. Once I scrape the muffler, I'm usually home free!
Yes. My 912 transaxle mount is different from the 911. It sits lower (underneath trans) rather than above so I had to space it to clear the mount. I have a 911 mount that I purchased but haven't installed it yet then I can remove the spacers. The spacer changes the angle of the bar and seems to make it perform stiffer. It makes the bar sit about an inch lower. I made the spacer blocks with aluminum.

trying to get the euro lights to mount, Seems the original mounting points don't line up with the
new head lights? Anyone have this issue? Other then that I should have this on the road soon. Looking forward to
Hershey!

Took off my aging alloy lug nuts and replaced with OEM steel.
Also took off center caps…
Does that count???
OEM steel? Do you have steel wheels then?
I agree, those ride heights look good, but I've found them to be impractical once you're beyond your neighborhood and roads you know. One of my cars came to me that way 35 years ago, (from California strangely enough) and I've lived with it all these years. The lower CG was great for autocross also, but I finally got tired of feeling the front shocks crash into the bump stops and seeing rub marks on the oil line from the axle boots! When you drive long distances and on roads you don't know you just can't assume that all will be smooth. So I'm much happier with it sitting a little higher. Drove it to Daytona and back a few weeks ago and no longer had to worry about bottoming out on unforseen bumps!
Driving through downtown LA was a bit of a challenge last week since that cities streets TOTALLY SUCK!!! I'm willing to bet that I'll change my setup when I plunge into my 60's:D and that's not very far from now.
