thanks for starting this thread! interesting to note the use of stock steel wheels on some cars even after the arrival of Fuchs alloys. i think i have a few things that haven't been posted already... if i can find them :confused:

Hello,

I was last weekend in Suonenjoki Historic rally in Finland. There were two 911's, I think they were from 1965. I had time to watch them, and listen the sound of them carefully, and I have to say, 911 is the most beautiful and finest car in the world. Was the engine 2.0 liters in 1965??

Our team (I was as a service man) were driving with Saab 99 EMS (old Finnish team car from 1977). The route included 2 old 1000 Lakes super stags, and our car went off the road in one of those... :)
