Here is mine.

Hello all,
My name is Craig from Australia;
I think I have managed to attach a picture of my 2 cars. This is my first time doing so, so I hope I have done it right!
the car in the background is my 912 1969. It's been in australia for 17years and I was the first to register it here. It was originally a californian car. I have the original import papers to australia. It is numbers matching and original bar the seats and the colour which was originally bahama yellow.
The car in the front is my 65 911. Imported into australia in v late 65 to Hamiltons Australia for a client in Sydney. It is a factory RHD car with Factory sunroof, power antenna, tint. The interior is largely original, has 67 seats now. Some-one put fuschs in it and hand flared the rear guards and put on an s bumper. I am looking at bringing it back to original specs externally. It was also originally Lt Ivory. Alot of work to do but it's all there and it will look lovely whenI have finished. Has all the original soundproofing on all the metalwork still. It's an interesting piece of the early porsche history puzzle. Its vin is 302658. I am currently looking for the original gearbox (engine is original - 902912) which is no 224328-901/0 according to the kardex card. I have found one 221number which is close. The no is listed on the card as a 901/0 but the number appears in all books I have as either not there or more a 902/1 number. If anyone can confirm what type of box this no. really is I would really appreciate it or has any info for me? The car is australian delivered so it is unlikely that the gearbox went OS but you never know!
Thanks All,
I look fwd to chattign with you all,
Craig

Welcome Craig. There is a few of us Aussies on board. Nice couple of cars you have. The 65' is worthy of a body restore. You will be amazed at the knowledge and assistance this forum has to offer. For the same reason dont forget to join TYP901.org in Australia.
Enjoy
Thanks Matt,
I will be joining the typ 901 club soon. I have a great interest in the old cars. I agree there is so much information to share together. I look forward to it.

Nice pair Craig!
Hello from an ex. Adelaide boy.
I wondered who had bought that early car ;)
Cheers, Cam
Cheers Cam,
Do you know any history of the car recently (The 911)? I only bought it about 6 months ago and am putting its history together. Since it's beginning history on the kardex card and now I don't know much of the car's history. Have you seen it around before?
thanks for your help.

Craig,
Nice to see another very early Aus 911 being rescued !
There were very few early 911s ordered here with a sunroof.
Any idea who was the first owner in Sydney ?
Good luck with your two projects and don't be backward in asking questions ! ;)
Cheers,
Dennis. :)
