It's actually aluminum... The guy told me it was used on a generator of some sort. Here's a shot of mine. Think I paid $9 for it:

Thank you John. I can see the GT/Ferrari seat is less enveloping than the Abarth.

Here is a T convert to T/R factory specifications group 3.

The ex Paddy McNally R when in Brian Powley’s collection alongside one of only six rhd 1974 Carrera RS made. It went to a (retired) Royal Navy submarine commander in west of England — you’ll know him Nick — ( in fact think I bought a pair of (its) rare 7045 rhd headlamps from him). I won’t be indiscrete on open www. This photo was published and captioned Powley back when the red turbo was quite new so uploading here is less indiscrete. Someone who posts here was at onetime a codriver in that R with Brian Powley ;)

I have questions about T/R, Britax harness and 3 points Britax seat Belts.

Harness : I have a pair of Y Britax harness that should be correct for a T/R. It is different from the model 1080 club sport (shoulder adjusters, webbing 9 rows vs 3 rows). Is it the 901 Britax model ?

My Y Britax harnesses look similar but they are different in small details :
- on the left, the attachment hook at the rear panel is chromed and those on each side of the seat are clear plated
- on the right, all 3 attachment hooks are clear plated
- on the left, the buckle is smooth, on the right it has a leather look
