Well at least Bruce got one thing right IMHO, early 911S TARGAS are worth more than coupes:D JIM

I think we should remember that alot of the really good cars that change hands are, in reality, probably the top 1 or 2% condition-wise out of all the early 911s still in existence.

The Excellence 'excellent' car likely isn't intended to represent these beyond excellent examples.... maybe it is the 90th 'percentile car' (i.e. a car that is in better condition than 90% of the early 911s around) or something like that.
