I like the idea of the 901/30 rally still - same 39/35 valves , 32/32 ports. S cams.
compression up to 9,8 - 150 hp.
I also like my engine - fly cut N heads with 2.2E p/c's and the Solex cam.
That , I have been told gives me around 140 - 150 hp with real usable torque.
Depends on how much you want to spend and the driving the car will be used for .
The stock 130 hp is a great engine and 15 - 20 hp will not change the world.
That's my 2cents and it's your $$$$$
