I actually didn't know that about the C plates. I was told the DMV based the year eligibility off of the sticker. But then again, the guy who sold me the plates told me that... :rolleyes: I'll find out shortly, since registration of the plates is pending.
Here are a couple pics of my '72T Targa.
I bought the car in May of this year thinking I would do a gradual ("rolling") restoration. Five months and a lot of $$ later, the car is looking and driving great!
Here's my 70 T. Color is Conda Green (original color). The car has its original engine and trans and is going to fit with a Fuchs exhaust, like the 911 prototyps.
Pictures of restoration and the actual situation. It will also get original 906 seats.
Maybe somebody can helpme to get a bit more information about the history of the car. I bought it 2007 from Victorymotorcars in Houston, it was grenn with beige interior.

That looks great, is that lower dash stitched leather?
Yes we also changed the color of the head liner from white to black and all the interior parts will be in leather.
