What Did You Do to Your 911 Today?

Did oil change with a couple upgrades, Canton Racing high flow, 8 micron filter, Precision Matters sump cover to stop a couple pesky drips from the stock plate, along with the Brad Penn 20-50 for the season.

Jerry I like that filter,, cant get them here in NZ. I assume you leave the filter body in place and just renew the cartridge via the 6 allen key held head on your oil changes,,, No pesky oil runs to clean up ever again???

Yes or spin off and disassemble looking for signs of wear & debris, I have one on a remote mount in the left rear wheel well on my 66 912 coupe. Can you get Jegs or Summit Racing to ship to NZ? they carry them and actually a better price than buying from Canton direct.

Finished restoring these puppies today. Years ago I had purchased and mounted them on a 914 that I upgraded with a 911 suspension. Happy that I saved them when I sold the car. Found a set of ATE bleeder caps on a Mercedes site . They are a bit smaller than the original caps, but will have to do . The retainers I had from an old project.... when asked I won't have any explanation for the brake sensor support

After 21 years, Fourth of July '96, I felt it was time to change out my duck tail for the stock deck lid that's been wrapped in furniture blankets up in the garage attic.....

I had two complete sets of trim and hardware however I had the 'good stuff' on the duck tail... so I switched it all out and mounted the old lid.... haven't had a chance to take any pics outside the garage yet.....:)

Will wait till tomorrow to schlep the tail back up to the attic.... ;)
