Here is my 1973 European 911T, I just bought from Brumos.
Attachment 201577
It use to be JPLonghood's 911.
I built my Heidi a motherfather of a '73T hotrod in Tangerine many years ago. This brings back great memories of that little road burner.
Congrats on a nice car Fabs!
(and welcome to the forum)
Welcome Fabs!
I don't think I have posted these yet, but they were sent to me a little while ago by a member here who owned the orange 911 in the last photo. These were taken in '74 at Road America. Love looking at the stuff in the background.:)

The crazy thing is the same original owner of my car also owned an Viper Green '72S (Patrick II or 'Two' is it's name) at the same time and it was also picked up at the Factory. This car also has hound's tooth insert sport seats but has TTG lights instead of below the bummer fogs. The car is still in the family and has under 50K miles. Hmmm........:)

Hey Brian,
I figured out these shots were taken at the '72 Chicago Region Elkhart Lake event. My Signal Orange '70 T still had the 14" alloys and the front fog lights in that photo in the lot at Siebkins. By '73 it was sporting 15x7s and an S front bumper visually, "speed circuit" short gears and a Stoddard sport kit inside. Side stripe were factory original. My first 911 ride!
Hi Mark,
Thanks again for sending me these photos. I have really enjoyed them. I sent them over to Bob and talked with him this weekend. He was also thrilled to see them, brought back memories of the all the hard work they put into their cars. He also passed them along to their oldest daughter and husband, who now have the car. You made their day too.:)
We are definitely getting these cars together this coming summer as they are only a few hours away. Can't wait to see it and get shots of them together again. I wonder if they would trade me even up.;)
Interesting observations about the date of the photos. After reviewing them and looking for clues here is what I think. The concour shots are from '74 as that is the date on Patrick's plate and the '74 Pocono Parade decal on the passenger side window. If you look in the background of the forth photo you can see your car with 7" wheels and it is just ahead of 'Two' which sits next to the orange 914.
Now the shot of your car next to Pat outside of Siebkins must be '73, before you made the changes but after the '73 Monterey Parade base on the decal in the right rear window. Thanks for getting me to study these further. Great stuff.:)
