Special early 1964 features on 1965 cars

Ok people, I thought its a good night for a revival of our 'historic' work here.

The hole in the rear lid lock seems to have disappeared between 550 and 1350, but need more data points to be clear.
The grey vent drain disappeared (orange fibre vent drain appeared) somewhere between 1112 and 1340.
More data points needed on the appearance of casting dates on the engine halves. Seems they appeared after 700 (engine 819), but when exactly?

Does somebody have a picture of early front calipers and later ones, all delivered in 1H1965. Same goes for seats, some seem to have been more 356 types (not referring here to the 6 folds, that is a different feature), but need a picture to understand. For both items it remains unclear to me what the change was.

I have early, 356 style calipers on my 717 car, this car was off the road since about 1980 and I'm sure the calipers are original. Here is one picture that I have at this time, I can take more pics later if necessary. As I recall it does not say ATE on it

I have found this part on a early 65
Is this a special feature?

No. That is a later part typically associated with the larger 18 and 19mm sway bars.

6 to 5 folds in the seats is listed at 1065. Any idea where this number came from. Just wondering. #301059 I believe had 6 folds.

John, could well be. In my comments on the right I mentioned change in 1Q65, although looks more like it changed in early 2 quarter, IE April. Well spotted, will change the comment.
