and one from behind
Hi, let me present myself. I am new on this forum. My name is David and I am a fan of 911 classics. I own two 1972 Coupe 911 2.4S. I bought these cars in Italy (the blue one in 2006 and the green in 2011) and they are in really nice original conditions.

Welcome to the Registry David. Those are beautiful cars, I look forwrd to seeing more photos. :D
Che bella!
Hi Jens and Flieger, thanks for your messages! I will post more photos in the near future.
To Longranger, the color code of my green car is 224-9-3. I find this color really nice even if most of us are focused on the Viper green. Do you have the same color code on your car?
This car (chassis 1664) is matching numbers and had 2 owners before me. The second one was a young girl, she had it when she was 22 years old in 1979 and kept it till last year. The car still has it original paint inside the entire luggage compartment and the floor.
The blue one is Albert blau (chassis 1004). It had just one owner before me and I bought it directly to him on Ebay. It is also matching numbers and has no option. The first roman owner told me that this car was more valuable than the others 2.4s, because it brought the most beautiful girls in the world :D. Last winter, I found well preserved leather beige Recaro sport seats and I'm going to put it in the car soon, keeping the original one apart.
Both of them are true beauty, congrats!
Hello, David . . .
They look similar, huh? My car is a few years older --- '70 . . . re-sprayed also. The color code on the door tag reads 8383-H --- grünmet - Herberts (paint supplier). Which is kinda interesting because elferhelfer doesn't list the '8383' code 'till '71 . . .

Anyway, according their site, the '70 color is 221 . . . different?
And FYI . . . green seems to be one of the most prolific colors applied to Porsches. WAAAAY more here . . .

See if your car's color is there. And if not? ---- add it?
Excellent! And, all things considered . . . a very lucky car. Love those tires, too. XWXs?
You have to show more pictures --- a lot of Albert blue fans, here
Welcome!
