Trying an alternate set-up for a couple of chronometers / chronographs within the hashtray slot for Biancaneve. Advantages: can be operate by both pilot and co-pilot; does not require drilling and quickly deployable on other 911s. Disadvantage: less practical for co-pilot. Measures taken, now need to find a builder :)

I had fluid leaking from between the engine and transmission. The engine and transmission seals were bone dry. It turns out the pivot ball under the shift fork was a little loose. Now it's time to reinstall. I'm heading to California in a week for LUF8.
Love the coil-overs, Chris.
Thanks Jens. The car should be back on the road tomorrow.
So, the concept basically works ... I've done a "crude" trial using a wooden platform screwed to the chrono holding plate and held in position with the help of a couple of self-locking nylon straps. The combo works pretty well in normal driving conditions ... vibrating a little on the city cobblestone.
