Late production, June 1973, originally delivered to Italy, spent time in Japan (hence the right hand side outside flag mirror), France and finally to the U.S.

. . . etc
Smaller crowd that usual --- but a nice mix. Looks like the Venue has stopped paying their water bill? . . . never seen the grass area look like this before
Hot Rod 914 --- 'VW dash Porsche' Car looks spotless, but . . . can't tell if this is 'real' or just 'dressed to look like'
That's the thing about shows like this --- gettin' harder + harder to find/see any older genuine 'stock' cars, any more . . .
. . . or maybe they've just stopped coming?
.....................................
. . . meanwhile --- out by/on the 'patio' . . .
. . . interesting badgeless Roadster. Little rotty, but w/some nice touches --- like that OG Competition Motors license frame (Inglewood = 'touch-down'!) and some not-so-nice --- the trailer park rear fog-light mount
Cool car --- the kind I used to see a LOT more of . . . at Shows Like This
............................
. . . and you just knew this was coming
With the Dickinson cars pushing 7-figures . . .

. . . you just had to know that sooner-or-later someone w/proper Porsche chops would come along. Only surprise is that it took this long
Here's European Collectibles' take . . '
...............................
. . . 'nother 'roll-yer-own' . . . + expensive, too, looks like
Latest trend? . . . door mat
..................................
. . . some more cars . . .
If the license plate is any indication, then this is a '69 S
Slick black SC . . . but wonder how useful that outside pass-side rear-view is
Interesting little Speedie . . . Carrera oil cooler lines + dual ignition switches in the dash = wuzzup wid dat?
And another case of Technomagnesiosis
.....................................
. . . car show in the parking lot
Audi TT Coupe --- 185 hp, no quattro
Boxster Spyder --- non-usual red . . . + possible Car-to-Buy-Now? . . .

Shabby Chic Crew Cab Type II w/canvas cover --- +, judging from those pinch-welded joins @the rockers . . . looking pretty OG, to me
T2 Speedie . . . saving the $20 admission fee, looks like
As has been written elsewhere/before, this was the last Phoenix Club event to be held at this venue. Attendance was considerably less-than-usual, as discussed here . . .
https://www.early911sregistry.org/fo...ing-Attendance
. . . but IMO that's been the trend for several years, now, anyway. Kinda surprising, too --- given the attendance at events like Luft, Bob Campbell's old Ventura Show . . . and the blow-outs at the old Irvine Cars+Coffee
Let's hope this show finds another location . . .
. . . and let's hope people pay + show-up
