I'm hoping I can find a cross-bar and related linkage! :)

I'm looking at Delrin on McMaster.com. 3.56mm is about .140 inches. Delrin come in 1/8" sheet .125 and 3/16" sheet 1.875. I would lean toward .140 and add a second gasket or thicker gasket. I've heard one of the tricks with the twin pumps is adjusting flow. With the metal on metal contact of the pump shaft to wobble nut, the flow would decrease as the shaft wears down? I've seen several twin pumps together and there has been obvious shaft wear up to 1/16" compared to other pumps.
Regarding the spacer gasket for under the twin pumps, they are still available or maybe I bought the last one. Just received it today.

So I'm finally back on it. I'll be send out my CAD files to get the componenets made up very soon. These are the parts I'm going to reproduce.
If you guy could give me an update of what the the need is out there for parts, that would really help. Please send me an email via this site.

Hey guys,
A quick update since a few of you have emailed me and PM'd me on status. I've worked with a machinist and a tube fabricators who couldn't do it exactly as a turn key. I'm back to reverse engineering it myself. I'm having some custom tooling made that should be done this week to test out. I'm pretty hopefull that I can post some positive progress in the next two weeks. All the tabs are drawn in CAD and ready to water jet. Since these cars have gone up so much in value, I'm trying to balance making it look exact at a price people wont choke over.
I've got about a dozen sets of linkages completed. The cross bar hopefully will be available in August.
I'll keep in touch.
Casey
Here is a quick update. I'm actually very close now. My machinist has been very ill for some time so my R&D process died. I have all the tabs ready and just perfected the factory crimp at the end of the cross bar tube. I had considered doing a CNC insert that looked like the crimp, but the weld showed through the plating.
Contrary to what I said the drop links for Solex are not the same as a typical 911 weber 40 & 46 setups. They are however the same as a 906 motor. I've reproduced and have ready ten sets of drop links and the pull rod that Kenik has pictured in the previous post.
I'll let you know when they are ready, I'm planning a first batch of ten.
Can I ask what are you calling a "drop link"?
And what is special with the solex/906 one?
Thx!
Olivier.
