What are logistics of getting a car to NFLD ?
John
Thanks, Chuck.
Lars, it's probably a good thing you can't hear it. My mechanic and I have yet to sort out the MFI/ignition issues. The back fires were down right scary. Some day I hope it'll sound as smooth as S.M.s at the begining of "LeMans".

From Toronto it's a two day drive to North Sydney, Nova Scotia and then a 9 hour overnight ferry ride to Argentia, Newfoundland, plus an hour drive from there to St. John's. Or you take a quick three hour flight and have the car shipped on a transport for about 2k Canadian or about 1600 US. We flew, fortunately. On the return trip we flew out as scheduled. All the people taking the ferry got hosed because of that hurricane. The ferry got cancelled and the next one was a week later. Some people drove across the island and took the alternate ferry a couple days later. The weather is a bit screwy there.

It's not quite the correct sound, but it's close. The car sounded a little like this: Engine SoundQuote:
