from photos I have I think that there may have been at least 2 other 911's in that rallye
here are two photos I have that I believe are from that event (and look like they have been lifted from these videos)
the Beige colour one (not a good shot but looks to have a number in the 60's -68?- and probably the same one you mention) and the darker colour one (B&W photo) car #51.
I dont recall who I got these from but I think that the B&W photo may have come from Thomas
edit
I just watched the second video again and the photo of car 51 is from it as well and according to commentary is Hans Laine

Then it was time for an old rally car, come out where it belongs in a real rally competitions. It is a 911L 1968 Ake Andersson drove in season 1968 for the Swedish Scania Vabis Team and had the registration number BB 4300 in Sweden. Then Ake Andersson won the 1968 Gulf London Rally in England with this car. The car has been renovated a few years. And is ready to Monte Carlo Historic in late January. But who will drive the car is Bjorn Waldegard together Hans Sylvan well known in rally. Waldegard have the same starting now as he had in the Monte Carlo Rally 1970 No. 6. The old images are from the Gulf London Rally 1968

My friend Lucas has put MANY skilled hours in rebuilding this car. This is not a rebuild starting with a chassis number. This indeed the real car. Lucas is a master with details. He today has a 914/6 with some GT parts and a 75B Porsche Turbo 3.0. Over the years he has rebuilt several 2.4 S that has been sold to German. I just wanted to put some light on him.'
A dear friend, Pär
What type of wheels ?
I ve seen almost similar ones on Lamborghini's but these are not Campagnola's, no ?
Looks like its the Targa Florio and driver is Italian, though.
