thanks Guys. :)
Car was puchased new at Rittersbacher Porsche in Kaiserslautern Germany by a gentleman Don Stanton who was in the USA Airforce. Don owned the car up until 2003 when he passed away. The second owner did a partial restoration on it in 2004 . I purchased the car last year and have been working on it ever since. The car has almost 157000 original miles on it,5500 of which I have put on it. Car drives like new, just have to work a few MFI kinks out of it which I am learning is normal. Love driving it and the whine of the 2.Ltr. Hoping to rally all the Long noses in SW Ontario CDN for a get together in the Spring. I would really appreciate anyone knowing Don Stanton and or the car to contact me.
Hi Canada, my name is Jens, people call me "Yence".
Welcome to the Registry. Congratulations on your beautiful Burgundy E, one of my personal favorites.
I like Dubai! You can see amazing cars, like a stretch Cayenne Limo! Too big for Switzerland: when the toe is already in Zurich, the back is still in Geneva!

Not quite a 'ride' yet but we're working on it... should I start a restoration/build chronicle?
