Hello,
couple of pictures of 1969 T that I took hold of last Saturday, the Kardex shows same date, Jan 31st, as invoice date so I take that as good omen :)

It's a non-matching car with '70 E-engine (not mounted in the car at the moment). Based on Kardex, it was Bahama Yellow (6805) and had 15" steel wheels + painted hubcaps (9103), tinted windows all around (9347,9348,9350), Frankfurt radio (9452) and antenna (9431) and rubber strips (9304,9305) on bumpers. The interior is/was black vinyl (9822). Sold by VW Pacific in 1969, windshield has a decal about Texas and based on the underbody and overall condition it's spent it's life in dry climate. Not much left on what Kardex describes but nothing irreversible is badly wrong (other than it will never be numbers matching car but I got a T-engine project with the car that's correct vintage).
The '69 is my first Porsche. I have been involved with Cal Look / Resto Cal Volkswagens for 20 years, have had '52/'55/'63/'64 VW Bugs and still have a '60 'Vert that is a keeper (

I am not still convinced whether I am more a 356 than 911 guy but should know more after the rookie season :)
