Nice. Is front bumper metal or fiberglass?
Compliments, that's an absolutely gorgeous car ( Signal Orange, isn't it ? ) with wonderful taste reflected in the choice of many details, I especially like the sensational interior, well done & chosen…….but there is one thing that cries out for attention and improvemnt: the location of the passenger side door-mounted rear-view mirror is all wrong, and I'll wager it is of no practical use whatsoever.

Hi, front bumper is FG for now. I'm going for a steel non lipped with fog holes when I can get one. But I'm liking the S bumper so might change them out from time to time
Thanks John. Yes, signal orange. The interior is bespoke and I had large plates CNC'd up to emboss the leather to a pattern. Just simple 6mm dots. Turned out really well. The passenger mirror is totally useless and can't be seen from the drivers seat. That's the important mirror here in NZ where we drive on the left so I need to sort out a solution for better visibility, maybe chrome flags or move it. The RH door seems to be original to the car and so do the mounting positions? The car came from California originally.
Nice car, try moving the mirror.
My '67 (Shorty) had a passenger side mirror installed when it was relatively "new". It's ok for the passenger, not so much for me.
I'll never move it because it's a "documented screw up" which was bumped (by the photographer) in this picture. :(
I had the same problem on my '67, but it saved me from a ticket when the Soft rear window clouded over, preventing use of the main mirror. The cop saw that I had a side mirror and let me go, even though I couldn't see the mirror from the driver's seat.
Here's my 2.7L MFI 72' in the south of France.
