Fantastic Tom. I am a huge Tartan fan and love the understated blue/green Hunting Tartan. That will look spectacular in your car.

+1 for tartan! Here are mine waiting to go in the car, just had the center's recovered.
Left is an original with original leatherette, and right a very nice copy.

Tom
Gordon perhaps?
A name matters but little.
But a white cockade on the cap, a thistle close to one's breast and the Saltire of good Saint Andrew on the flanks of a 911 tell all a tale of freedom!
Cameron A. - thanks very much for the theme music - Brave Scotland!
Mike Moore - bonnie seats if I do say
t6dpilot - taphad leat
Sithot - thanks for the salute to the Queen's most ferocious of warriors
210bhp - pic please of a Highland venue
This view of the tartan Recaro Rally seat calls to mind the aspect of Wm Wallace seen by the army of Edward the Longshanks at Stirling.
Tom C...... :D :D
Those seats are great Tom - you must have been very 'persuasive' to get Russell to part with them as I know he had a particular affection for them !
;)
Incidentally, here they are in a previous installation:

Happy to oblige. Here is a thread of photos of the 2007 DDK Scottish Highland Tour. I am sure you will find one or two nice photos.

Great seats.
Sticker/tag "129": I have a sticker just like that on a set of Recaro lightweight runners that were on an adjustable Recaro bucket (see photos below). For reference the runners also had an ink stamp that looks like 21 Mar or May 1972 or 1973 (?).
I can remember the sticker but not what meal I had yesterday......think I need help!
