I rode in my car today with the seller of this car. Sithot, I would like Rocky road on my apple pie. BTW...The ship did not sail, there are lots of buyers.

Hmmmmm........ I need to draw a conclusion here
This car sold for $92K [not stated but insinuated], There were multiple parties interested, yet the car wasn't as nice as Brian's "Patrick" which was purchased for just under $70K. Oh yeah and Tom is having pie and about everyone is bringing ice cream except maybe Baron who has got some cars for sale.....
Did I get this right?
Brian's "Patrick" is certainly nicer than this one. Baron has numerous cars that I can vouch for as being a helluva lot nicer as I have seen them.
I'm not bashing the car and while it may have sold for a lot of money I believe SCM would state: "Well Sold".
Are you guys sure an AIG exec didn't blow some (G.C.M.) Government Cheese Money on this one? I mean, they are handing it out as fast as they can spend it.
"Holy Moly!" "We can't go to Geneva and blow $400,000 on a perk so let's buy some vintage cars that we'll assign as "company" cars to prove we are being frugal. That'll slide under the (blind ass) Congressional radar easier." :p
Best,
Tom
Who's to say anymore?
Don't sweat it Raj. Dave is just brainstorming a fund raiser. I have been making love eyes at the yellow car......
Just enjoy the cars. =)
How about I call it what it really is? A driver. It's a 3.

Threads such as this become discussions that allow me to enjoy another aspect of the cars. While to many it might be about ego, to other's like myself the economic valuing of the early cars is as interesting as turning a wrench. I also find the current economic times challenging to understand but nonetheless very interesting. [I am against direct government intervention.]
The tone on this thread is a tone that I have come to expect and enjoy. Most who post their cars for sale on the internet understand the scrutiny cars receive here. I do think it is a good thing and has a positive influence. Quite frankly, sometimes I do not even understand what is being said, but I have asked Santa for a Latin dictionary.
With that being said the knowledge here while tinted through many sets of eyes and different perspectives is of expert caliber.
As for woman I have come to appreciate the more full bodied....
I guess the good ones don't last long in any market. Took all of 2 weeks to find a new owner! :D
