Also I am not sure if I would use the Brumos car shown as a reliable guide as I am not sure how much metal from the original 911 030 1263 is still a part of the car you have photographed given by the early 1980's I believe it looked like this :)

i would appreciate some help from the forum experts.
First, I'd like to know if the Erwin Kremer's famous 911 S (1971 Le Mans, Spa, Monza, Nurburgring etc. winner) is still around.
Also, has anybody a picture of the Meier-Sage (Wicky Racing Team) 911T, race n. 104 at 1968 Circuito del Mugello? In my memory it was a vivid (dayglo?) red with 2 white longitudinal bands,
but a lot of time has passed...

Thanks for posting these pics from 97 Monterey Historics. The Ginther ST was the first real ST I had seen in the flesh...and I just drooled over it for hours during that weekend. The flares, wheels, seats, front trunk, engine bay...all were so neat to observe for a guy who had only seen a few pics of STs in books. The engine was rebuilt by Jerry Woods, but it was not a High Butterfly injected engine but rather used mag stacks from a 70-71 MFI system. The engine had been reworked for Ginther in the day (couldn't find my earlier post in this thread mentioning who did the rebuild), but it was the fastest 911 at the 71 LeMans as I recall.

Here are some pics I scanned from pics someone gave me years ago...may have been Cris Huergas, but they are very similar to yours, Curt. It was a watershed moment for me...I had to have a 911 that looked like this...and it would lead to my building the Kremer and Toad Hall ST clones.

I also love this st, I first saw it over at Jerry Woods, in the middle of resteration. I started the hunt for the correct st flares for my 911 along with purchasing all the 2.5 engine parts. I completed my motor but could only locate flares out of Germany. So my 911 runs a 2.5 short-stroke twin plug, without beautiful st flares.
