It's good to see a 68 without the ugly "tacked" on front and rear side markers that was used on USA model 911 cars.

I couldn't agree more! I'd sure never criticize anybody who removed those abberations in the interest of better aesthetics. "Original" be damned in this case. Justin? I LOVE the color! Of course, I'm a wee bit prejudiced.. ;)

fortunately we didn't have to have those things on our cars, so mind has never had side reflectors etc etc etc.

Only kidding, I actually think there is only a very small number of people in the world who are turn their nose up at the T thing, I find everyone has an appreciation for the early 911's regardless of the letter on the back.

I could not help myself, I just had to do it. All original, 43,000 miles, and Houndstooth interior!! Now all I have to add: Let's see, a 210HP 2.4, a 904 transmission with airport gears, 911 brakes and suspension, yet keep the outside appearance totally stock. Fear This!!! :eek: :eek: :cool: :cool:

Too cool Eade. I have some deep 6s and R7s for it. We'll need to fit a roll bar, 911R side stripes, centerfill gas cap....and megaphones. How low can we get that thing?! The canyon runs will never be the same.
