Cheers,
Justin - quite a beaut! I completely agree with John's statement.
With cars as gorgeous as these - I say, bring on the Ausies! The more the merrier. :)
It's good to see a 68 without the ugly "tacked" on front and rear side markers that was used on USA model 911 cars.
I couldn't agree more! I'd sure never criticize anybody who removed those abberations in the interest of better aesthetics. "Original" be damned in this case. Justin? I LOVE the color! Of course, I'm a wee bit prejudiced.. ;)Quote:

Darned right! After all, my first Porsche had "912" on it's back...in a funny crooked mounting way, on the right hand side of the lid...Quote:

Too cool Eade. I have some deep 6s and R7s for it. We'll need to fit a roll bar, 911R side stripes, centerfill gas cap....and megaphones. How low can we get that thing?! The canyon runs will never be the same.
"Who IS that guy?" as you're glued to the arse of a certain black '72 widebody RSR!
:D
My dad also had (a red) Karmann Ghia - first car I ever drove (sitting on his lap) - I was curled up in the back when he hit a patch of ice and pulled a 540.Quote:
