Mine is an automatic. Thanks for your comments.
OK OK...so it's NOT an Early "S", but it's a great car nonetheless... :D
1989 Row Club Sport, the ONLY 1 in Linen Grey, custom ordered and delivered in Germany. Imported 2000 to USA. The ONLY RoW one I know of that is here....
Beautiful car, Stacy.
I've had my hands full on more than a few occasions trying to keep up with her in the canyons.
As I've had the pleasure of sharing a two-car garage with the CS, I must say that photos almost never do the car or linen gray justice.
And BTW, her spot in the garage in Santa Monica is still vacant should you need to stash a car there. :D
Steve, thanks! And it is SO TRUE: for some reason, you HAVE to see the Linen Grey in person to appreciate it. Personally, I love the color! However, the photos just don't seem to capture it....Quote:

Ed..I would like to be one of those to congrat you on one of the very nicest 911's I've seen. That color is very rare, OR some that color have been reprayed a different color. I just bought a 73 1/2 T the same color & it is in dire need of a respray. The car looks great and I'm sure you'll recieve lots of compliments.
Good to see you trolling again! LOVE that color too!
This is a gold metallic 72T that was on eBay a while back. I also have a friend who is doing a slow restoration of his 71T coupe (purchased in 1972) with original gold metallic paint. It's a very striking color in person!
Great taste in cars Stacy! Good luck with the new ride.
Best,
Don
I was look through some photos for inspiration today.
When I look at the pictures it made wonder why I totally dissassembled my car?
I guess the car had served me well and it deserved a total restoration.
This is the "before" restoration photo.
As the pile of restored parts continues to grow and then metal work on the body is soon to start I am getting excited.
I hope to have an "After" photo by September.
