Wow, that's a beautiful TR, and yes the photos are wonderful. More please.. especially the interior. Thanks and Welcome!
I've meant to post for a while. Still working on it but I drive it every day
Nice '72, KlaasyT!
1967 Porsche 911
Very cool. I am a big fan of Minilites.
Is the stripe green? Looks great!
Brad
yes it is dark green scripts and those are minilites.
I posted the pics for a friend who had problems resizing pics :)
That beautiful gold car with the green script and the minilites was one of the stars of RGruppe's Santa Rosa event...
BTW... His other other car in the parking lot was just as nice .... ;)
Cheers,
:) more pics
Thanks for the pics Jon & Chuck and I appreciate the kind words from Sir Chuck ! :)
rgds,

Cheers Joey,
Joey,
How is your rear bumper set up on the gold car? Looks great. Is it a fiberglass or steel bumper back there? Thanks for sharing the car with us all!
Minilites on a longhood are a great look. I'd consider them over Fuchs if I ever go that route.
Different sizes on those two cars? I'm guessing 15x6 on the gold car and 15x7 front, 15x8 rear on the yellow one?
Here are some pics of my 3 year project to reconstruct a 72 S from an abandoned RSR project in the late 70's to a Prototype RSR with Martini colors similar to the factory mule #3 that was pressed into service at the Targa Florio in 73 as #107.
My project car has a 3.0 MFI engine, turbo brakes, OEM ducktail and metal rear bumpers, Recaro ST seat, and was on display at the Sonoma event.

Here are a few more pics of the finished project, plus a shot of what it looked like at the beginning, plus the Factory Martini car.

Gib,
This was one of my favorites from Sonoma. A very beautiful and muscular example. The Martini livery never ceases to make me smile. Great work!!!!!
Gib,
Please check your private messages.
Thanks,
Zach
Joey, beautful car, did not know you had another one too.
Hi guys, bumpers on my SWB Goldie are still the original ones sans deco trim, Teenchy, you are correct on Minilites sizes on both cars and Santi, I sent you pics of the yellow Rally car before the graphics and lights were installed, perhaps you don't recognize it anymore !
Real nice car Gib, WOW ! :)

Yes, that's right Tom, and I can probably get it for you at a real good price if you are interested.

Beautiful car Frank. You can't beat the factory stock look with all the brite work trim for me personally. I used to have a 72'T that I had rebuilt the motor and tranny in. Fun car. Ran like stink.
Thanks Bobby. Even though it's a lowly "T", I still have plenty of fun with it!
Having fun with my new wheels by Harvey W. RSR finish, 6x15 front, 7x15 rear.
Very nice LKreg...like that RSR look.
Contrasting wheels to LKreg - Fuchs 6 and 7X15. Warning - sunglasses required.

Very nice! Wish mine was that clean.

:D
My newly accquiered 1970 S, my firts One!:)
Now i am a true Early S menber, :D :D :D

Platas, you always were a true Early S member. It's just that now you have a shiny new (to you) Early S so that all your friends know it too. Looks great. Congrats are in order.Quote:

if he put it on a plane to spain then he certainly has $$ to burn. that would be very big bucks.
also wonder why the 72 and later s bumper and 73 front overriders on the car and extra side mirror (which don't work by the way if mounted in standard location)?
Perhaps; I put a motorcycle on a plane in an oversized crate for $1500 to Germany last year. What would it cost for a car, double that? Not a huge amount if you consider the shady stuff that happens to cars in container ships.
You don't want to see what happened to my SC eventhough it was in a sealed container by itself.... picture a container after being dropped from the unloading crane......$$$Quote:

Sorry to be beotchy but your note reminds me of the beating I got when I originally got my blue car and I shared a pic (was the cover of the website for a while) and it sported some Vitaloni mirrors installed by the PO (and long gone  ) and no bumperettes....
sorry did not mean to be negative just wondering outloud why the car had those items, why they were put on...... not that there is anything wrong with that.
Congratulations. Great find Platas. Beautiful car. Looks really nice. Bahia Red? Obviously the pictures are from here in the U.S.
Do you have any plans for it? Like replacing some of the incorrect year parts? The toughest replacement would have to be the decklid grille. The 70'/71' engine grills in good condition are almost impossible to find. On my 71' the grill was sanded and painted black for it's 80's make-over. :( I'll probably have to end up restoring it which will be either, time consuming and expensive or very expensive.
Beautiful car enjoy.
Hellos Guys, ok hers is the story, the car was advertized in our own calssifieds
The car belonged to a gentleman by the name Craig Kelly, its was resprayed and engine rebuilt a few months ago, no rust and many reciepts. The car was in Omaha, and it was sound, had some one look at it, and made the desicion to buy it wright away, it has A/C wich was a plus 4 me, so i can take it out in the summer here.
I paid 29K for it, you cant find them for less, its a maching numbers car, no wrecks, and well theres not too many out there for those prices any more, the second car on the list, is beutiful, 73 S asking price 74 K and really not ready to pay that kinf of money, now the S are going up in price ther , here, so dont want to be left out, like what happend with the RS, now only the luky ones:) have them.jeje.
the car is in the US, should be traveling in a special transport, insured to Car quip, Colorado, great people and great shop. It will sit ther with my 73.3 also polo red jejej, do some suspensuion upgrades and then have it sent here to me:D Papa. It will leave via LA, but i will go to the US to see the shipment for my self, even though i use neptune, good people also. I already have an offer on the car here, but noo i wont sell it, because its going to sit next to the 914 -6 and my beutiful T, and several other early porsches that i have.
So guys that the story, i did not want to say anything until it was paid, so now i am proud owner of an S a child hood dream!
And yes as soon as a go to the US i will let the BB know, so we can all meet, you guys are like relatives, jejje:D. Also if any one comes here please let me know, so i can be of help, and we can meet and shoew the country around.
Thanks every one for the comments.
Ahhh forgeting please if you guys can post pics of correct items, and the ones that need to be replaced greatly appreciated:D
This bulletin just in:
Reports of a Bahama Yellow '69 911S sighting in downtown Toronto today. One pedestrian commented,"It all happened so fast I almost missed it." But not too fast for one deft cellular phone user to be able to snap this picture.
This sighting comes at a time when local 911 watchers were beginning to wonder whether stories of this S's restoration were actually true. CSIS photographic experts as well as members of the PCAUCR are currently running extensive tests to evaluate the authenticity of the image. More on this story as it develops.
P.S. Better pics after I reinstall the deco strips.
Lol!!! :D
Here is a picture of my 67S in Death Valley coming back from San Fransico in May. Scared my wife, she kept say "stop, the parking is back there" Some times it seems she just does not understand how important it is to get your car in the scene:rolleyes:
lmao......
great shot.
It's nice to see our cars driven and enjoyed. Must have been a fun trip.:)
Yes, Fritz, but with a running start, could you have made it to the other side? That would have been my wifey's worry - that I was thinking about it!!
larry
Thanks for the comments, Funny thing 6 hours from 103 F. in Death Valley we were in the snow at Donner Pass,....... and I could not find any where to eat.
The 911E club is going to have a drive July 14th and 15th around Durango Col. I am going to go on. All us early cars our welcome and there will be 11,000 foot passes and some pretty country. I like tracking, I like showing, but I really love road tripping the most:p
Hope this was not happening to your co-driver at Donner Pass. ;)
Here Here Fritz! Couldn't agree with ya more. Great photos tooQuote:

OK Guys, so a few years ago I made a lifestyle change, left the big city, moved to an island and sold my 73S with RS spec engine and rare factory flares. Whoa! Talk about change!
Anyway, lifestyle change maybe, but I’ve never stopped loving these early cars and I’m now the proud owner of this sweet little Conda green 1970E. I changed out the 14” wheels for deep sixes stunningly refinished by Harvey Weidman, new trim, H4s and euro lenses. The interior is stock except for a Nardi steering wheel. The car was repainted 4 years ago when the engine and tranny were also rebuilt. It needs a tune up but it sure is good to be back. Wishlist includes Peter Z seats, Rennshift shifter and lowered suspension. And by the way, I love this website. It truly is the number one place for early 911 fans.
Cheers

Nick,
Very nice looking car you have there...the matte finished deep sixes against the green looks very nice. Welcome back!
Cheers,
Thanks Michael. It's not quite like my old S but it still puts a smile on my face. Tom, I'm on Salt Spring Island...in Canada.
Cheers
Nick
Hey Nick,
Glad you're still doing this old Porsche stuff...I met you at the first or second Cambria RGruppe get togtogether and we tried to figure out what tire and wheel size would work with your unique flares...and also talked sport steering wheels...I still have my old yellow '73S and a '67S (that I was rebuilding when I met you)..yea I guess it's a disease...(You'll recognize my old yellow '73S...lot's of paint chips after years on the track but still my favorite car...I finished up the white '67S that I got as a project last year in my garage...it's not perfect but it's sure a lot of fun...
Hope all is well for you on your island in Canada...glad you're back into old 911's...PS...I think the color is great...
Richard
Hi Richard, just sent you a PM.
Nick
:D :D :D One of my favorite colors! a stining look
Thanks Platas. Kind of stands out in everyday traffic!
Beautiful car Rick. Welcome back to the fold. :)
Ok,
i'm a friend of Milou, just joined the 911S registry too, here is my swiss 1971T, 2.2litre, repainted 4 years ago in original tangerine (colorcode 2323), otherwise its in original condition, matching numbers, I'll keep it like that. Some pics from Nürburgring meeting 05 and some nice drive to the french alps this spring.
Best regards
Karim Noureldin
What beautiful cars! and Karim What a beautiful drive! welcome:)
got some more pics..
karim
Great pics Karim. Just love the tangerine!
Nick
Karim, will you be at the oldtimmer classica hosted by porsche in August?
The cars a beautiful!
Hi platas
do you mean the Oldtimer meeting at the Nürburgring in Germany in August?
I will be in my holidays...
I was attending Nürburgring in 05, ..great meeting it was. The current ticket offer trough the Porsche factory, Classic Dept. (3 day VIP ticket, infield parking, Porsche tent access and food, etc.) is a very good offer, about 240Euro per person)
So far, i did Coupe des Alpes (with a 2.2S of Milou), Le Mans Classic and maybe i will attend the Swiss meeting Porsche Day at Interlaken in September.....we are a small group of 911classic around lake Geneva, Switzerland, so far 2.2T, 2.4T, 2.2S and 2.4S...
platas, where are you based, in Spain ?
Best
Karim
Just got back from our photo-session today for an upcoming article in the french magazine "Retroviseur" on early 911, here are four swiss registred early911:

Karim
Thnks for the fantastic phots Karim. They look straight out of a 1970s Porsche brochure!

Finally got around to taking some detailed pictures of the 70. You might recall this was once Eade's car and I have just tried to make some improvements on an already nice car. The car gets 4 pictures in the new Porsche 911 book: Perfection by Design by Randy Leffingwell.

I finally have my car on the road after an extremely long down time. Most of the work was done in 1992-1994, but I was unable to find a mechanic competent to set up the MFI. Finally this year I took it to Matt DeMaria and he got it singing in one day.
The car was originally sold at Balduina Porsche in Rome. I bought it from the second owner, a Carabinieri Office in Siracusa Sicily. At the time it had 60,000 km (36,000mi). I imported the car in 1885 and had just over 50,000 miles. Since then I have done a major restoration and this is what she looks like today....

I've been waiting 15 years to get the car in this shape...
Britt
Cogratulations Britt! You should bring it to the swap meet at Speedwerks on the 12th. I think there may be a few others there.
Here is mine. It's a 71T but with a SS 3.2 motor, plus 3.2 running gear and lots more fun bits. I wanted a "sleeper" looking car, hence pretty standard from the outside but lots of fun underneath. :)

The two closest motels to VIR are in Danville, a sleep inn, and something else, you want the ones by the airport. They're very new and clean, not sure either has a pool. VIR has a pool, but I think that is for members.Quote:

...thanks!
Alan,
That looks nice! Dare it be the old Alaska car?
Here's mine...
a recent event @ Fontana, Cal saw me sharing the course with this Lola Bentley prototype...
cheers

Here we go...
The Bentley comes around as we hit the oval section of the track...
The track photogs just ate this Bentley up...gorgeous car. There was a second Lola there as well. It too was a gorgeous car.
Their presence made my run group (vettes, Trans-am cars, 911s like this one, 914-6 gts, etc) look like a proper Daytona/Sebring line-up....big fun getting constantly passed/lapped by these big guys.
It was a great event - hotter than hell, though.
cheers
Thom Kuby
Some beauties in here... can I play?
Songhoh and Rico's........
Hi Britt
Was there a link to a video? I missed that one.
Alan
Tell us more about the fun bits and the running gear. What size tires and rims are you using? I love the way your wheels fill the wells.
Not exactly my rides but I thought I'd post these anyway. Here are a couple images from the VARAC weekend at Mosport a few weeks ago.
A.T., nice pan shot of the yellow car. Actually all the shots look amazing. Thanks for posting 'em.
I've finally got this car to my liking to take some pictures.

Mike,
That is a great looking 911. More pictures would be welcome.

Wow, Mike. It looks really nice. Can't wait to see it next time I visit West KY. Congrats!
thanks..ok few more..and yes the calipars are red I need to change those next..little reds:)

Sport seats look like those in the RS's. Were they original with your car?
Lee
those are repos from GTS. Where they are nice seats they will do until I find some originals, just not in a hurry.
Hi,
Thanks for the kind words about the car. It is indeed a car I actually bought from Alaska and then shipped it over to the UK. It has still only done 1200miles since its complete rebuild. I have added a few more pics, but nice parts include. 7R rims which fill the rear arches nicely, late 915 rebuilt box with oil cooler, new 40% Limited Diff, SS 3.2 on 46mm carbs, XDI ignition S Cams …, 3.2 cooler, leather recaros, new 21/27 torsion bars and 20/22 a/r bars, 3.2 brakes, new gauges with some minor mods ( such as the speedo is a later electric type but made to look like an early gauge), 380mm wheel and so on.
The result is one pretty quick car but still looks original. Dyno results were 260 bhp, but I am changing the cams soon and expect to gain a few more bhp.
Thanks
Alan

Here are updated pics of mine with the new Deep 6's and Harvey 7R's. I am very happy with the stance and fit of the 225/50's on the rear. Of course Harvery did an Amazing job restoring the wheels!

Nice look CornP. May I ask how long your tailpipes are and what diameter???
cornp, really sweet ride....wheels are awsome.
Damn, Dave, those just make the car.
Suuweeet Dave but why did Harvey send the wheels to your address? I think he got us confused.
dave, thinking of selling the torq thrust d's or the minilites? ;) if so let me know :D
Dave, the Fuchs look great! Will miss the unique Mag's though, but I'am sure you won't miss haveing to polish them all the time though. Was that 225/50 all the way around?
Bill
Bill,
It has 205/55 on the front
Thanks
Dave, Did you get the lower paint line on the wheel resto? That's what I decided on but, hadn't seen any examples yet. I'm plannin on drivin my wheels up for their resto in the next couple of weeks.
Looks really nice! The stance has just the right amount of attitude.
The "deep" finish (lower paint line) looks AWESOME on these wheels. RSWannabe got this done to his and this definitely the hot ticket; I will do this to mine.
Its extremely rare that I ever do anything totally back to original, but in this case I did. ;)
Which tires are those that you put on?:confused:Quote:

Santiago - the part number on 7R's was an ink stamping rather than embossed like (most) deep sixes & later Fuchs.
If the wheel has been restored/painted/etc the ink stamping is often difficult to see/missing.

Well my car is a 1970 911E, my dad bought it 1991 in Morgantown, WV. Car got driven off an on for 5 years, but never ran quite right. Got parked around 1996. Finally got it out of storage in 2003, and long story short, after a year of funzing and month of MillerSport my car was back on the road. Minor detour for a broken rocker arm shaft, and then the recent 7 month bare metal repaint, and voila here we are!Quote:

Interior is mostly original except for GTS Nurburgring seats, and basket weave covered 73RS style door panels, and new retracting belts. I thought the seats would be an improvement on the track, but without fixed belts they're not as good as I hoped. On the street, the seats rock. Went with teh RS panels because my driver's pockets were shot and I didn't want to try and fix/replace them, and the basketweave panels look really slick with the basketweave seats, and dash trim. Original motorola made radio still works perfectly.
Hundreds of pictures from the last 3 years at http://eludicate.com/~bolen/911E movie from a DE at VIR is linked about halfway down that page, from last October.
I drive the car any sunny day < 95 degrees, though now that I've cut off all my hair I might bump that to 98.
Britt
Nice car Britt! The fresh white paint looks great.
Britt,
Glad to see your car is re-freshed & back on the road. Your door panels look
really cool. Nice job !
Now you need to come west next July for the 911E registry Tour de Colorado

Cornpanzer your car looks superb. Great job.
Coincidently, I am sending my wheels to Harvey this week to be widened to 7s, and I am curious about your choice of Tire Size with the new wheels.
Did you go to 50s in front and rear? What size did you use up front?
I had intended to keep my 205/60/15s all around, but seeing your car makes me wonder if that would be less than ideal.
Please share your thoughts regarding this.
Thanks

I never could get by that Red Car!
I picked this car up last February. It is a 1971 911E and was last used for some vintage racing. Rough interior but solid mechanicals and body, besides the ugly paint. Started on the body work this summer and it is moving along. Hope to have it back on the road by November. This Board has been a great resource for info and some parts.

Hi Keith,
pm sent
there are some beautiful cars here....
hope i don't defile this thread w/ my abomination. it's also not an s ;) ...but at least then i don't feel bad about what i do w/ the car ;)
excuse the mismatched colors, it's only a temporary thing. the idea was that as long as i get the nose ON the car, at least it will be OUT of my apt. it worked :)
no point in painting it for now until i pick up a glass rear bumper and do them together...

Hey...it's all good...we all love the early cars! Thanks for posting!!
Another Pelican defector! }{arlequin welcome!
Here's Roxie on our first CVR PCA outing in the White Mountains. 650 miles of driving porn and all she needed upon return was a slight clutch adjustment.
My Carrera is finally home after a long engine, trans and suspension rebuild. Still breaking in the engine and can't wait to get it in the red zone.:D

Verrrrrrrrrrry nice....
Brian Now thats way too sweet a ride! It's turned out great. And the color is making me a little car sick right about now. Oh how I miss my ride.
Regards, Bill
The car looks mighty nice, Brian! Geez though, you coulda' stopped by on the way home so's to let a guy see it fer cryin' out loud....
Jim
Brian:
Very very pretty. Do you plan on bringing it on the fall run? So many cars to choose from. :) :D
larry
Very clean ride Brian. Who and what did you do to the engine?
Brian, you lucky, lucky, lucky guy.................
I don't like it. It is just too clean and perfect and beautiful and rare and amazing. ;)
Lookin' good, Joe!
Brian,
You car looks awesome ! Your story/pics deserve its own thread.
Are your Fuchs rsr finish w/ polished paddles? Looks great !!!
Thanks to all for the complements. It was gone so long it feels like I have a 'new' car to explore.
Bill,
Are you on the road to a rebuild or a different project?
Jim,
I seriously wanted to show you but I got to Fabson early afternoon and I was paranoid about driving through Chicago traffic so I got to their shop and turned right around and headed back home. Turns out I was still stuck in stop and go for miles on I 294 (I hate Chicago traffic). The guys took forever (as you know) but did a fantastic job on the car.
Larry,
You bet I am planning to drive it that weekend for sure. The fleet is down to 2 cars, I just sold the 'West Coast Cruiser' last week.:)
Kenik,
It has just a enough patina to make it a driver and not a worry about stone chips, rain, etc.
Mike,
We did the full Monty. The case went to Walt a CE, the pump to Gus, the other injection parts to Matt at Eurometrix. I freshened up the shrould w/ Chuck's red leather dye trick. Powder coated the engine tin, put on SSI exchangers, a sport exhaust, etc. The only deviation is a new Perma Tune ignition box. They are quite ugly and I may go back to the CDI at some point.
Chris,
Harvey did the wheels to stock finish. The flash makes the paddles look brightly polished but they are not. The front wheels are the original rear wheels that were delivered with the car and had to balanced with outside wheel weights. That bugged me at first but it has grown on me the more I look at them.
I think I have bored you guys enough will all the old photos, documents and history I have gathered the last few years. It has been fun though to talk with past owners and those that have seen the car in CH, NZ and AU.:)
I love taking pictures of my car :)
these are from the Charlotte AutoFair at Lowes Motor Speedway...
All the photos are at http://eludicate.com/~bolen/photos/c...autofair_2006/
Britt
Good to finally meet you and see your car Britt. Thanks for coming down to the show. I forgot my camera and was hoping somone would get some pictures of Doug's R replica. Looks like you got a few good ones. (page 2 of your link)
Thanks guys for showing pics of your cars, If you want to show some inside shots of the cars I wil not complain:D ( hint Britt)
Brian,
What a sweet ride. I cannot wait to see that car soon. Maybe in the next weekend or two? I have three cars that I need to look at and two are in IN, so that ought to work.
BTW, I feel your pain on Chicago traffic - I live it every day - but on a Sunday...? I went to look at one of those cars on Sunday and got caught in Bears traffic on LSD, then a jam on the south side in the 'hood, then trying to get onto I57, decided not to do that and got on the Dan Ryan - more traffic, and then stopped traffic on 290 going west. I was on the road for well over two hours and never left the city of Chicago - plus I got poured on in my 911! I hate the city traffic!
I digress... I will post a pic of my car later tonight. :)
Scott,
We are in agreement for sure, it sucks to drive in and around Chicago. That is why you need to come out my way. No one wants to live in our county but they do gamble here and help us to build nice rural roads.:D
Fritz,
Pretty mundane stuff but here is the interior of my Carrera. When I get a chance I am planning to put in an RSR thick rim.

It still looks pretty much like it did in 1980 when the third owner took it for a test drive in the snow in Basel, CH.

Inteior get trashed in this AZ. sun, Yeah we do not have rust but insides crack, warp, fade, leather drys and cracks, etc, etc, so it is a real pleasure to see what one should look like, Thanks, Fritz
Fritz
I love your part of the continent. One summer I drove my VW Rabbit to visit relatives in Patagonia/Sonoita AZ. While there I had to get a fuel pump replaced or something. My visit to the Tuscon VW dealer for service sent shock waves through the industry. Those poor guys had never seen rust like that before. To me it was just the typical stuff you see on the under side of any Toronto car that's survived a winter or two.
I miss AZ.
The body and paint is almost finished as is the interior...should be ready for the motor and gearbox to be reinstalled next week when I get it back in my garage. The Martini stripe and bumpers came out better then expected. I'll give an update again if anyone cares to know...

Friz

That's a beautiful car Ryo. What a great find. Congrats!!
Bobby
Thanks. After many inspections and drives, I have realized that I wont have many chances to encounter a car in this condition in future, especialy here in hawaii,so I had to grab it.Now I am very happy to own it.:D
Here are a few pictures of the 1970 911S that I purchased last week. Let's see if this works:

Hey Paul,
Cool collection of cars your building. I think I'll speak for everyone and say "more pics" please.
Black 70S? Works for me :)
All the bright work against the black paint looks killer. I don't recall ever seeing wheel arch trim on a black car. Very nice!
There's an interesting story about the color. The car was shipped from the factory dark metallic green. It was off-loaded in Long Beach just in time for a lengthy longshoremans strike. It sat on the docks for 6 months before the strike was over at which point the paint was ruined. Bob Smith Porsche then had the car painted black and subsequently sold it "new" in that color.
I just love this photo Hal Crocker shot of my '73S.
Ed
What a nice photo,a beautiful car!!.
Verry nice pic and car Ed !
Last ride,two weeks ago !
just before storage for winter ! :(
This is my 1973 911-S sunroof coupe. Original not restored 66,000 miles Mostly all original paint, some small touch ups, full tan leather interior, sport seats, 7" RS rear wheels.
Beauties! All of em.
I finally got my deco strips back on after the suspension work. Cleaned her up and joined my 356 buddies for a fall run the other day. They let us Early 911 types tag along...so long as we can keep up.
I also survived my first DE weekend at Mosport a few weeks ago. Turn 2 sure gets your attention.
Pic.2 The red cab (2nd from right) is another Targa Newfoundland veteran.
Pic.3 I've finally figured out where I'd seen Bahama Yellow before. Maybe I can find a vanity plate big enough to fit the words "Stops at all rail crossings."
Pic.4 l. to r. '72T, my '69S, '68S
Pic.5 It was a nice turn out. Those 356s are pieces of rolling art.
Are your tires 205/60s? That color is to die for, BTW.
I posted some shots early on in this thread, but have a couple of new ones from a SCCA autocross a couple of weeks ago that I like. Thought I'd show them here.
Hi Kenik
Thanks. The color is starting to grow on me. And yes. Tires are 205/60/15s.
Hi Guys
I've posted questions a few times so thought I'd show the car in question.
'71T with S spec 2.4 on Webers.
Now with RS door trims!:D
Hey Cam,
Your car looks great, its really coming together nicely!!! I cant wait to see it in the flesh. :)
thanks,
Well, my car is back on terrafirma at the Marzano Skunkwerks ..... Basically, what I had done was a 100% rebuild of the suspension. Everything was taken apart and replaced or replated or powdercoated. The engine and gearbox had a major 'reseal' done and was cleaned, plated and detailed. It will be on the dyno later this week for some fine tuning to see if we can eek a few more HP of it! The car will be back on the American Torq-Thrusts wheels next spring (those are going into Harvey for some work over the winter). I've got a few other crazy ideas for this winter that could involve a complete redo of the interior .... anybody need a set of red/black sport seats? :D
Nice! .
