Here's a few more of mine, a couple have already been submitted... but what the heck!
Christophorus English #1, and I have every issue till 1974, on top of the Christo is Pano volume 1, issues 8 and 11, and I have every issue from Volume 2 till now.
Skibob.... and I've actually used it! Ski's great, but heavy as hell to haul up the hill.
Vintage Porsche placemats, 3 of the 6, and I have the other 3, but sadly I don't have the original box.

Press book for the launch of LeMans movie, about 40 pages, some great stills.
Some posters in the family room at the cabin, I have quite a few more that need to be mounted, I'll try to post some more of them.
For the 356 lovers,... it's a vintage Messko with the original bag, and the original "guarantie" tag and string still very much intact.
Clearly if none of us were collecting these things the Lit & Toy Show wouldn't have survived for 26 years!

14K gold ring. diamonds around Porsche crest purchased second hand by a Merchant Marine in the seaport town of Travemunde early 70s.
hip flask by Cold Pfeil Germany. Featured in the 356 Registry LA Lit Meet article a few years ago. Deemed to be the 'Find of the Show' that year. It is thought that this / these were purchased 'naked' and factory apprentices were assigned the job of decorating them. Probably a presentation piece to a driver or special sales person.

Years ago after Vaske Polek's death Carl Thomson had a 3 day 'garage sale' over at the old race car shop. I picked up a couple of things encluding my '73 factory color and fabric 'Samples Book'... and a 1968 Christophorus 'Special Issue'... which BTW is a prety neat issue. While waiting to pay for my stuff I staring looking through the Christo and noticed some writing on the pictures and in the margins... :confused: When I ask Carl about it he said "Oh, that's the 'old man's (Vaske's) writing', he used to do that"... :eek:
So, on some of the pictures, some in printing and some in scrip, some in English and some in Czech or German, there is some pretty cool 40 year old captions in my '68 Christo...... ;)
