Nice find Mr. Shiefer!
another 67S saved--great! Love your Lavender S next to it. Classic Porsche Magazine should do an article on that car because it is the only car I have seen like that. Chris
Thank you Jens and Chris!
Yes, I think it is a very nice find even with all the parts missing, btw wrong engine and trans also, (have a spare 67S engine so not a problem), but I´m starting to be a little tired of all the matching numbers and getting everything back to factory look etc. On this car me and my little brother will try to do everything by ourselves, from dropping and fixing the engine, fixing the bodywork and maybe also paint. Perfect for getting the hands on experience we both need, and whatever we do, it can only make the car look better! :D
Regarding the Lavender car, I have been looking around to 3 years now but have not seen or heard of other cars in this color. It might actually be the only one. Will start a proper project thread on that car very soon!
Cheers!
Radmund
You might want to keep those flares. They look RSR, not Turbo. It would make a great hotrod. ;)
Oh, I thought they were steel. Nevermind then. :)
Gotta love the 80's
Radmund, I'm looking forward to your and your brother's progress on the car. All the best.
