Lars Nystrom here with his 911 Turbo (930) 1977 in Swedish Rally Historic 2013;
He started back in 1968 with his first Porsche 911 in the Swedish Rally.

Lars Nystrom starts in the Swedish Rally in 1969 with his Porsche 911 L (901-30), unfortunately he got technical problems and did not get any placement. The car is still there and is under renovation.

Here is a picture of Lars Nystrom with one of the four Porsche 911 1967 with rally equipment from Porsche factory who came to Sweden (Scania Vabis) spring 1967. Lars Nystrom took over the car after Ake Andersson, who had the car before. Nystrom came 14t place in the Swedish Rally 1968. First place in the rally was Waldegard with 911T (TR), Nystrom won a pair distances over Waldegard that otherwise Waldegard was outstanding with his 911T. The rally was 3500 km and of them was the 1800 km speed runs and very cold all the time from 20 to 30 degrees below zero.

Lars Nystrom has also been navigated for Waldegard several rallies, here at the RAC Rally 1970th They are also neighbors since growing up in the same village.
