The paper "license plate" was your registration number....You used it for everything during the parade...so if you found the program, you could figure out who this belonged to and what car they brought

So...been doing a little research on '67 parade items....It looks like there was no decal for the '67 parade. BUT...I think it would be cool if Mark M made some decals that were re-creations of the license plate topper
