I think it's pretty typical to have that in a 912 with the lower window being the handbrake light.
I think the 67 911 normal used the same gauge as the oil level and pressure gauges were removed to distinguish the lesser priced normal from the S
Both response #2 and #3 are correct

To set the record straight, the lower light under the fuel gauge is the low fuel level light; the handbrake light was fitted as the lower light in the combo gauge to the right in 67 912 and 911 Normal cars.Quote:
