Seller's Description:
Late in the 1973 model production year, Porsche began installing Bosch's new CIS fuel injection system in the 911.
These models are referred to by Porsche enthusiasts as 1973 1/2 models, with the 1973 1/2 911T becoming the most desirable T variant in recent years.
When fitted with the CIS injection, the 2.4 liter engine developed a healthy 140hp and provided a smooth and reliable driving experience.
With this level of performance and style accented by the longhood, smaller bumper design (which would disappear by the end of 1973 production) it is no wonder why the 1973 1/2 911T models have become highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts today.

BaT Description:
This 1973.5 Porsche 911T was delivered in new in Sepia Brown over brown leatherette and is powered by its numbers-matching 2.3L flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 15″ Fuchs wheels, disc brakes, Koni shocks, and VDO instrumentation. The car has been refinished, and the current owner acquired it in 2014. Under current ownership the seatbelts, interior trim, and tires have been replaced. This 911 coupe is now offered on dealership consignment in California with a photo of a Certificate of Authenticity, partial records, and a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.
The car was delivered new in Sepia Brown (54/415), and the exterior is said to have been refinished at some point. The paintwork and exterior trim are shown up close in the photo gallery. Receipts indicate that the 15″ Fuchs wheels were mounted with 185/70 Vredestein Sprint Classic tires in August 2020. Koni shocks have been fitted, and each corner is equipped with disc brakes.
The brown leatherette interior features front bucket seats and folding rear seats over darker brown carpeting. Receipts indicate that the black three-point seatbelts, seatbelt covers, visors, quarter-window trim brackets, and quarter-window hinge bases have been replaced. A four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation that includes an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, combination gauges, and a clock. The five-digit odometer shows just under 41k miles, and true mileage is unknown.
The 2,341cc flat-six produced a factory-rated for 140 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque and featured CIS hydraulic fuel injection in the 1973.5 T model. The warm-up regulator and engine-bay decals have been replaced. The engine-case stamping reads ☆6135228☆ and matches the number shown on the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery. A photo of the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity lists the original colors, powertrain numbers, and factory-delivered options. A spread of included records is shown with select receipts depicted in the gallery.
