67S Tires & Brakes ?
It's time to purchase new rear rotors for my 67' S. I am told these are NLA, but my mechanic suggested cutting some 944 rotors. Sounds like a good idea, but is this the only option out there?
Also looking at new tires and there are too many too choose from. I currently have Dunlap H rated, 205/60/15s on the original 67'S Fuchs. Anybody have any suggestions as to what the best size and brand tires would be?
Thanks,
Josh

I understand the 67S rear rotors are NLA.
So the cut down 944's are the way to go.
You may want to consider Yoko AVS ES 100 for your tire replacement. I also like the Toyo Proxes T1-S 205/55/15. The Toyo's are a little more expensive.:)

I am doing the same thing right now.
There is a previous thread about this. 944 rotors need to be cut down .060 to clear the caliper. Then drill and countersink the screws that secure the rotor to the hub.
The rotors are still available at $300 each.
