Ride height is flexible depending on your setup and your driving. The stock answer is 25.5" from ground to the fender lip at the top of it's arc. Many people run as low as 24" on street cars, with heavier spring rates and bump rubbers cut down in the shocks.

Bruce Anderson recommends setting the rear torsion bars 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" below the center of the wheels, and then lowering the front so that there is a 1 degree slope to the front. I'm going to try this as soon as I have the time (and the will power) to tackle the job of reindexing the rear torsion bars.
