Advice on aluminum rear trailing arms
This winter I plan to go through my 72T suspension - elephant racing rubber bushings, Turbo tie rods, powder coat A arms. On the rear, plan is to swap original trailing arms for 77SC alloy (with balljoint for sway bar) and change spring plates to 78SC adjustable type. I have Wevo EZ pins for the trailing arms mount, and plan to cut old bolts. Looking for project advice in general, and any info on areas of difficulty / things to watch out for on this project. Should the trailing arms be a direct clean swap, or should I expect clearance problems on a 72T with original narrow fenders? Thanks in advance!
