Man, you guys must race under different rules than the vintage groups I race with!
Can you tell me what time the blocking occurs on that video that you are referring to?
2:25 is the only actual block I saw (I watched it three times to make sure). It was hot racing. They pulled it off, but it could easily have gone sideways. Don't believe me? Have a look at Don Racine's video from this past weekend of a very similar hot racing scenario at Sonoma https://www.facebook.com/1102382622/...2743435950157/. Don is a extremely accomplished racer, but at 4:20 things went wrong. Be sure to pay attention to Don's rear view mirror. Happily, everybody is OK.
Some of us put these cars in personal museums, some of us wax and shine and enter concours, some do sunday drives with our significant others, some do rallys, some do track lapping events and some race our cars. All good, all part of the fun of this hobby. It isn't like we have fine pieces of art (OK, some cars are more rare than others!) but they all can be fixed
My bet is Don took a peak in his mirror to see where the Morgan was an lost his concentration. Luckily very little damage and no injuries, other than perhaps to his pocket book and/or ego.
