No, not for my car. My neighbor who has the very original '70T in Albert Blue is dreading another hot summer w/out AC. One of the ideas we were tossing around was putting the wing vent windows from the Targa, into his coupe window frame.
1 - Does anyone know if they are exactly the same size/shape? Will they fit?
2 - Has anyone tried it? Does it improve airflow through the cabin?
The vent window will NOT fit in the coupe frame.

What you do is swap the frames. It works and is cooler -- I did it. Good time to replace all rubber, window guides etc.
2 types of frame -- brass (plated w/chrome) - i used these
and Al -- lighter but said to not hold up well as the frame bends whenever the door closes
It's noisier but I like it. Noise is high no matter what.

I guess I should have been more specific. Swapping the frames isn't such a big deal. So the frames are interchangeable on the doors then. That's cool. He needs all new rubber seals anyway, and last I looked, the frames werer still chceaper than putting in a whole AC set up.
