I currently don't have an empty steel tank to weigh. Steel weighs 2.89x more than aluminum, so a ballpark calculation (different thicknesses & volumes) would be 1899.4 grams * 2.89 = 5489.3 grams or 12.1 lbs.

I assumed that you were looking for the slight diagonal transition on the back where the tank starts to taper down so I took a second photo with oblique lighting to try to highlight it.
