For those that are curious, I did receive a reply from Ashton. He points out that all subscriptions purchased with a credit card are automatically renewed with that card as a "recurring" payment. Furthermore, we do not have direct access to our payment plan via the ESR website. Access is only available via a link sent by email from ESR administrators. My thanks to Ashton for the clarification.

Did you receive my renewal (with credit card, online) sent within the past hour? After clicking “SUBMIT” the screen disappeared and I haven’t received confirmation of anything. Can re-do if needed.

I got a notice saying to renew on my Esses, but I was able to find a link to check my recurring payment so I'm assuming I don't have to do anything there and I won't lapse.
