Underdash connectors... How to disconnect?

Hello Gang,

In my effort to uplift my steering column (as well as spirit), I'm trying to disassemble EVERYTHING to find the offending culprit. I found the locking pin on the column and now everything is ready to come out as a unit save for my wire connections. How do I disconnect the wipers, signal and what-not from the underdash connectors?

I see 3 connectors. They are white and rectangular. I tried tugging at them but am afaid to do damage.

The car in question is a '67S. The column is different from '68-on.
