All I can say is that this is one of my top 5 favorite early 911's of all time. It really is pretty much the perfect early 911. The best part of it in my opinion are the group 3 flares. Every SWB car should have a pair IMO.
Great car. I agree with Bob. At that price it deserves better photos.
What exactly comes with a Sportkit 2 (or a Sportkit 1, for that matter)?
But Tom, some people spend that kind of money on pretty pictures to hang on a wall, you know art and stuff, or a boat, or even a rare chest of drawers. Some even waste this kind of money on a diamond brooch for the lady in his life. So what?!
If it was me with $300 large disposable (and my car needs and wants were met already), I might spend it elsewhere too.
Sport Kit 2 is a set of megaphones and mounting hardware.
Sport Kit 1 is hotter plugs, bigger venturis, bigger carb jets, breather bottle, weber intake covers, lightened flywheel
and sport clutch.
I believe that Sport Kit 1 was a prerequisite for Sport Kit 2, the Kardex may only list SK2 which implies SK1.
My Kardex shows SK2 however the evidence shows that SK1 was installed (mounting brackets for the oil breather
catch bottle).

Certainly worth the price of admission, eh?
