911S 1972 on EBay
I looked at a car which I am absolutely sure must be this car several months ago, in my opinion it is an absolute PIG.
If this is the same car the motor is from a 2.2 Carburated T , the front suspension pan is rotten and the interior is absolutely shot to pieces, the car I saw had more bondo in than you could ever imagine, the doors, the hood absolutely everywhere, it was just horrible- I couldn't honestly find one good straight panel. Also it was originally Viper Green and smoked like a chimney.
The owner at the time was a Lady who looked as though she lived in the car, she claimed to be part of a Yacht Crew.It had holes in the doors for speakers which she had used to store papers and CD's within the door itself!
REALLY this car is a DOG of the first water, anyone bidding on it, just check it over in person first!!!!!
You have been warned
Best Regards
Ian

Oh my...and it has 21 bids???

The Lime Green and Burgundy colour scheme make it just the perfect car for the R Gruppe!

This car is also being discussed in the Classifieds. Makes sense it would have a 2.2 T motor since it has carbs and a black shroud. Tom, looks like you will have reconfigure your nicely done budget to include either a 2.4 S core or maybe one complete with MFI.

I knew I would come in light $$$. Better add a few thousand to the bill. This is commonly known as "incidentals" and they can be more expensive than the things you counted on.
Don't run; Haul ass from this one.
Best,
Tom
