Shipping challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic

For your consideration and planning purposes:

Please note that currently, it appears that Postal services are not getting packages out of some countries. Some have noted that packages are waiting to come out of Europe to the US and elsewhere by Postal services (they are stuck "over there). Apparently, the overseas Postal services are relying on various airlines (Delta, United, etc, etc) for these services like they always have, and flights are down 90% due to COVID-19.

Some are not having any issues of their packages getting to foreign countries by shipping by FedEx (they have their own planes).

Regular services are (almost) inoperative in FR - no having postal mails since 4 weeks.
Fedex, UPS, Chronopost, etc.. (private carrier) is 100% operative. Bought some stuff from Aase and worked fine.
