The 73 has a row of holes on the bottom of the chassis tunnel that are plugged with black rubber plugs. Can't find the # on pet 5 (and doubt that they have them)
anyone with a set or a source?
thanks

Can you post a pic? I'm wondering if this is factory, or perhaps done by later "rustproofing"...where holes were drilled, stuff sprayed in, then the holes plugged?
these holes were factory-(no rustproofing on this car) i've seen these same plugs on other 73's
will get some pics early next week
thanks
Dave,
What is the diameter of the holes in mm? How are the plugs designed? The rubber door plugs that I received from Parts Heaven have groove that runs all the way around the circumference of the plug. Are the ones you are trying to find designed the same way?
Nothing to add regarding these holes, but I was missing the gromet where the brake resevoir overflow tube exits behind the windshield washer fluid tank in the front of the car. Being young and naive, I stopped by my local Porsche dealership. Not only did they have it in stock, but it cost less than a buck! Also, they had a catalog of such gromets and things. YMMV
I know exactly what are talking about. These are factory plugs, I will check the parts manual for part #. I don't like pet.
getting these off a old car is the easy way to deal with it.
